NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - A Nacogdoches County justice of the peace arraigned the man accused of going on a Monday shooting spree, setting his total bond at $235,000.

Steven Spradley is charged with burglary of a habitation ($150,000), deadly conduct ($25,000), and four counts of cruelty to livestock ($15,000 each).

According to authorities, Spradley went on a shooting spree Monday afternoon, killing four horses and threatening to shoot a man at his residence before the man shot him.

Sheriff Thomas Kerss said Spradley is also charged with revocation of probation for a DWI, which has no set bond. He will have to appear in district court before a bond is determined on that charge.

Kerry Don Williamson, justice of the peace for Precinct 1, arraigned Spradley Wednesday morning.
