11/27/09 Lufkin Police report

 

Criminal Mischief, 1010 N First: The window of a vehicle was shattered and the door to a shop was kicked up at the business.

 

Assault, 410 Birch: The suspect reportedly slapped his father across the face and fled the scene prior to officers arrival.

 

Assault,   1403 Briarwood: Victim advised that she was hit in the head three times by the suspect after she took his cell phone away from him as a joke.

 

Assault, 606 Henderson Street: The Victim advised that her husband hit her in the face several times, causing a large cut to her lip and held her in the bedroom of the residence, refusing to let her leave.  The suspect fled prior to police arrival.

 

Assault/Aggravated 1306 California: The victim advised that he and his step son had an argument over a game of pool.  The victim was hit in the head six times with a pool cue stick.  Victim was treated and released at local hospital.

 

 Disturbance/Domestic, 110 Champions: A separated couple both accused the other of assault when she returned to the residence to get a camera.  The case is under investigation.
