11/27/09 Lufkin Police report

Assault/Aggravated    600 Block Henderson Street: Two men reported mutual assault Sunday night.  Due to high levels of intoxication for both men the story was difficult to decipher but it appears one may have pulled a knife on the other.  One of the men was arrested on charges unrelated to the assault and the matter has been referred to detectives.

Assault/Aggravated, 100 Block Percy Simond Street:  Complainant reported that the father of her baby choked her to the point of unconsciousness during an argument Sunday night.

Burglary/Habitation, 900 Block S Third Street: Complainant reported that his home was broken into over the weekend and a video game system and some beer was stolen.

Theft, 1800 Block Higgins Avenue: Complainant reported that her child's pink and green bicycle was stolen Saturday night.

Criminal Mischief, 700 Block Willow Bend Drive: Complainant reported that outdoor Christmas lights were damaged Saturday night.

Assault, 300 Block Magnolia Street:  Complainant reported that he was assaulted by a known suspect during a domestic dispute Sunday morning.  Complainant had minor scratches on his arms.

Criminal Mischief, 1000 Block Cunningham Drive: Complainant reported that her home was "wrapped" by toilet paper Saturday night and profanities were painted on her driveway.

Assault/Aggravated     3600 Block Denman Avenue: Complainant reported that a known suspect threw a broken beer bottle at him at a nightclub Friday night, causing a laceration to his throat that required four stitches.

Burglary/Vehicle, 3600 Block E Denman Avenue: Complainant reported that her car was broken into at a nightclub Saturday night and her wallet was stolen.  Some cash was also stolen from a friend's purse inside the same car.
