12/1/09 Nacogdoches Police report

Burglary of a Building; 3600 Block of Appleby Sand Road. A storage building was entered and a pressure washer was taken.

Hit And Run; 3200 Block of South Street. Complainant reported that his vehicle was struck from behind by a white ford pickup. The vehicle then fled the scene.

Burglary of a Vehicle; 200 Block of North Fredonia. A tool box of a truck was forcibly entered and several tools taken.

Burglary of a Habitation; 100 Block of Old Line Drive. A front door of a residence was kicked in. Nothing reported stolen.

Criminal Mischief; 3200 Block of North Street. Complainant reported that a known suspect threw a chair at complainant's windshield, damaging it.

Criminal Mischief; 4800 Block of Ne Stallings Drive. A rear glass was broken out of a parked vehicle, possibly by mowing crew.

Assault; 900 Block of West Main. Complainant was walking down the street when a vehicle pulled up alongside. A known suspect exited the vehicle and struck the complainant in the head and face.

Burglary of a Vehicle; 4800 Block of North Street. A bag of clothing and an air compressor were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

Retaliation; 312 West Main. An unknown suspect left a note threatening to place bees in the police station. Investigation is underway.

Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle; 4800 Block of North Street. A gray 1993 Cadillac Fleetwood was reported stolen by unknown suspect.

Assault; 1400 block of Douglass Road. A man and a woman became involved in an argument. The female then attacked the male victim and physically assaulted him. Jahanekia Carter was arrested.

Hit and run-dwi; 1800 block of North Street. Officer observed a vehicle being driven on a flat. The vehicle then struck a utility pole and continued northbound. Officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver, Kathie Wilderson. She was suspected of being intoxicated and was arrested.

Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle; 3400 Block of East Main. Complainant observed a known suspect enter his car and leave without permission. The vehicle was later parked several spaces down from original parking place. Warrant requested.
