Criminal Mischief, 1500 Block Copeland Street:  Complainant Reported That Three Known Suspects Slashed Her Car Tires And Poured Gasoline And Sprayed Paint On Her Car Early Thursday Morning.

Welfare Concern, 300 Block Trailwood Circle: A 76 year old woman was found in possible neglectful circumstances Wednesday.  The woman was transported to the hospital after exposure to the cold from being lost near her home and displaying signs of mental confusion.

Theft, 400 Block S Third Street: Complainant reported that his bicycle was stolen from outside a store Wednesday.  The suspect left another bicycle and stole the complainant's.  The suspect then returned for his own bike and fled from police who were on scene.  Larry Pennick was apprehended after a short chase and the complainant's bicycle was later located behind a nearby business and returned to the owner.

Criminal Mischief, 1300 Block Sayers Street:  Complainant reported that a known suspect his her car two times with a beer bottle Wednesday, breaking the rearview mirror on the complainant's car.
