12/16/09 Nacogdoches Police Report

Theft-burglary of a vehicle; 3400 block of Tudor Drive. Unknown suspects entered complainant's vehicle and took a small amount of cash. They also took assorted toys from a stored toy donation box in the garage.

Theft; 1900 block of North Street. Complainant gave unknown suspect money for a tow bill with the agreement it would be paid back. The suspect never came back.

Forgery; 300 block of north university drive. Complainant received a forged check in payment of an invoice.

Burglary of a vehicle; 400 block of Steen Drive. A wallet and some Christmas gifts were removed from a vehicle.

Theft; 1500 block of North Street. A bicycle was taken by unknown suspects approximately one month ago.

Harassment; 4100 block of post oak. Complainant continues to receive harassing telephone calls from an unknown suspect.

Credit card abuse; 700 block of  North Fredonia. Unknown suspects have used complainant's identity to purchase items.

Criminal mischief; 3000 block of North Pecan. Complainant reported a broken window on an apartment.

Theft; 1300 block of Shawnee. Complainant reported the theft of a pit bull puppy from the back yard.

Burglary of a vehicle; 220 north Stallings Drive. Complainant reported assorted tools taken from a tool box on a truck.

Cruelty to animals; 200 block of East Spradley. Unknown suspects shot a dog with an arrow.

Theft; 4810 North Street Wal-Mart. Two suspects were arrested after taking items from the store without paying.

Burglary of a vehicle; 1200 block of North Mound. Complainant had a blanket and a call phone taken from an unsecured vehicle.

Possession of marijuana; 3200 block of North Street. Officers smelled the odor of burning marijuana coming from inside an apartment. Officers knocked on the door and contacted the occupant, who was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana. The occupant was arrested.
