12/17/09 Nacogdoches Police Report

2200 Banita St (Pocs)  Officers Stopped Martin Nix on a pedestrian violation subject dropped a crack rock and was arrested.

 

1400 S. Fredonia St (Assault by threat)  Older brother threatened his 13 year-old brother.  Mother told him to leave the residence.

 

1800 Mae St (BOB) Victim advised that an unknown subject entered her garage and took several items without her consent. Items were an air compressor, leaf blower and an extension cord.

 

400 Sadler St. (BOH & BMV) Victim advised that unknown subject broke into his house through a back door and took several clothing items. The unknown subject also broke out a window on his car and took a Benjamin pellet gun.

 

300 E. main St. (POCS)  Officer stopped Shawn Russell on traffic and located a controlled substance pill in his vehicle and five more in Russell's pocket. Russell was arrested.

 

2900 South St. (Aggravated Robbery)  Victim had just got back from picking up money from another store. He got out of his delivery truck and started walking toward the back of the store through the alley way directly behind the store. As he walked he was approached from behind and held at gunpoint and then hit in the head with a stick. The men took the moneybags he was carrying getting an unknown amount.  Suspects had mask over their face and spoke in Spanish.

 

3100 North Pecan St. (Assault)  Victim advised that she and her boyfriend broke up and he was upset. He followed her home and contacted her at her vehicle he then threw her phone breaking it and assaulted her.

 

200 E. Lakewood (Assault)  Boyfriend and girlfriend got into an argument that turned physical when she kicked and scratched him. There were conflicting stories. No charges filed.

 

300 Pine St. (POM)  Kaitlyn Goeke was stopped for traffic charges. She was found to have a couple local city warrants and was arrested. Officer detected the odor of burnt marijuana and did a search, locating marijuana in her purse.
