State reports second H1N1 death in Angelina County

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - Two people in Angelina County have died as a result of the H1N1 flu, according to a report released by Texas health officials.

The number of hospitalizations in the county is at 8, up from 5 compared to the last health report.

Angelina: 8 (5 ICU cases, 2 deaths)

Cherokee: 2

Jasper: 5

Newton: 1

Polk: 1

Rusk 4 (2 ICU cases)

Sabine: 2 (1 ICU case)

Trinity: 1 (1 ICU case)
