300 E. Main St. (Assault FV) Victim and his common law wife are having a custody dispute over a baby. Victim found the grandmother with the baby outside the lawyer's office and tried to take the baby. 70-year-old Grandmother punched Victim in the face several times preventing him from getting the baby.
1000 N. University Dr. (Theft) Victim said she accidentally left her cell phone on the counter at Chevron. A few minutes later she returned but it was missing. Store manager viewed the video and a B/M was observed taking the black Apple I-phone. He was wearing a black hoodie with a skull on it. .
100 Lane Drive (DWI & DUI) Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. He observed the driver and front seat passenger switch places before they came to a stop. The original driver, Derlin Bello was charged with DUI and the second driver, Lucio Bandala was charged with DWI. The back seat passenger, Santos Darilo was found to have a crack pipe in his pocket. All three were arrested.
1500 E Starr Ave (Criminal Mischief) Victim advised that unknown subjects threw paint on the hood of her car and scratched the side.
4800 North St (Theft) Subject was caught pushing a shopping cart of merchandise out of the store without paying for it. When store employees tried to stop him, he attempted to flee. Store employee tackled him, causing a head injury when he fell down. Subject was transported to memorial E.R.
1300 North St (Forgery) Victim advised that unknown subject had forged a check.
2200 Banita St. (BOH) Victim advised that unknown subject broke in the back window and stole an x-box and games. The games and 2 unknown cell phones were found in a backpack on the north side of residence in woods.
2700 North St. (Deadly Conduct) Unknown black male subject knocked on the back window and then pointed a handgun at the Victim.
400 S. Popp St. (BOH) Victim advised that two known subjects entered his residence without his consent and assaulted him.
700 North St. (DWI) Jeffery Turner was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be intoxicated he was arrested.
