Criminal Trespass, 500 Block of Vine Drive: Woman reported that she returned home to find her porch light off and front door unlocked which was not the way it was when she left.  Woman reported that her ex-boyfriend had threatened earlier to break into her house.

          

Theft, 800 Block of N Timberland Drive: Convenience store clerk reported that while stocking shelves, he heard a noise at the service window.  Clerk reported he then observed that a subject had stuck his arm through the window slot and stole two packs of cigarettes and a box of about $5 in loose change.  Clerk reported he confronted the subject who returned the property to him before leaving the premises in a vehicle.

 

Robbery,300 Block Of S First Street:19 year old John Dixon of San Antonio reported that as he was walking through the bus station parking lot during the early morning hours, he was approached by a Hispanic male who displayed a handgun and demanded his money.  Dixon reported that when he refused, the subject hit him in the head with the gun, knocking him to the ground.  Dixon reported the subject then went through his pockets and took over $50.00 in cash from him before driving off in a nearby vehicle.

    

Domestic Disturbance, 400 Block Of Locke Street: Man reported that after an on-going domestic disturbance with his common-law wife next door, he was confronted by several opposing family members visiting next door who tried to fight with him and assaulted him.

         

Robbery, 3100 Block of Atkinson Drive: Convenience store clerk reported that black male with his face covered up entered the store at around 11:30 p.m. and demanded the money from the register.  The clerk reported that after he complied with the demand, the suspect fled the store on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

  

 

 

Criminal Mischief, 400 Block OF Locke Street: Woman reported that she was talking on her phone when the phone line went dead, and she then discovered her outside phone line had been cut.  Woman reported she believes the act was a result of an on-going domestic disturbance involving her neighbors where her common-law ex-husband is staying.

         

Assault, 1600 Block of Keltys Street: An adult teen reported that while she was on the computer at her aunt's home, her aunt's boyfriend sat down behind her and was talking to her.  The teen reported the man then began rubbing on her and touching her inappropriately before she was able to push him off and leave the residence.

    

Theft, 1200 Block of W Frank Avenue: Woman reported that she had laid her wallet down beside her in the emergency room's waiting area, and was distracted by attending to young child.  Woman reported that a short while later, she discovered her wallet missing.

      

Domestic Disturbance 1600 Block of Barto Drive: Intoxicated mother reported that during an argument with her adult teen son, he grabbed her around the neck and choked her.

        

Criminal Mischief, 200 Block of Bowles Street: Woman reported that she left her vehicle parked on the street at her friend's residence due to mechanical problems.  Woman reported that when she returned to the vehicle, she found pry marks and scratches on the vehicle where it appeared someone had attempted entry.

        

Fraud, 3300 Block of S First Street: Woman reported that she had accidentally left her purse at a fast food restaurant which was located by someone and left with management.  Woman reported that sometime after getting her purse back, she was notified by her credit card company of over $1,000 in random charges.  The woman reported that in addition to a missing credit card, she was missing some of her prescription medication from the purse.

    

Burglary, 1100 Block of S Timberland Drive: Man reported that sometime overnight, someone broke into his truck parked in the motel parking lot where he was staying.  Entry was made by forcing the lock to rear sliding window.  The man reported that in addition to over $1,000 dollars in property stolen from the vehicle and the attached trailer, nearly $400 in damages had been done to vehicle during the incident.
