1/05/10 Lufkin Police report

Disturbance/Domestic, 100 Block Percy Simond Street: Complainant reported that her boyfriend broke into her apartment and slammed her against the wall and pinned her to the couch early Tuesday morning.

Criminal Mischief, 2400 Block Old Mill Road:  Complainant reported that a known suspect threw a rock through the window of her home Monday night.

Criminal Mischief, 300 Block Cunningham Street:  Complainant reported that a window was broken out and the window partially raised in a possible burglary attempt Monday evening.

Burglary, 2600 Block Valley Street: Complainant reported that his house was broken into and a microwave oven, a stove and a dishwasher were stolen.

Theft, 100 Block Wildlife Lane: Complainant reported that a video game was discovered missing after a houseguest left her home last fall.

Theft/Felony, 400 Block York Drive: Complainant reported that a GPS navigation unit and a handgun were stolen from her home while she was away during the fall.

Fraud,   400 Block S First Street: Complainant reported that several unauthorized checks were passed on his bank account using his account number but someone else's name.

Fraud, 100 Block Innisbrook Drive: Complainant reported that an unknown person used his name and driver's license number to cash some bad checks in another Texas city.

Burglary/Building, 2000 Block E Lufkin Avenue:  Complainant reported that a storage facility was broken into over the weekend and several pallets of janitorial supplies were stolen.

Theft, 500 Block Homer Street:  Complainant reported that her boyfriend stole her prescription medication Monday.

Criminal Mischief, 400 Block N First Street:  Complainant reported that the electric meter was removed from a building sometime over the long weekend.  The meter was recovered in a nearby garbage can and put back in place.

Theft/Felony, 200 Block Brooks Street: Complainant reported that a handgun, a shotgun, an IPOD and a radar detector were stolen from his vehicle Sunday night.

Burglary/Vehicle, 800 Block Hylane Street:  Complainant reported that a silver digital camera was stolen from her vehicle Sunday night.
