1/05/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Hit and run; 3500 block of North University Drive. A parked vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle in a parking lot.

Burglary of a vehicle; 2800 Block of Pearl Street. A vehicle was forcibly entered and a wallet taken.

Theft; 3400 block of Pearl Street. Complainant reported a handgun stolen sometime in the past three years.

Found property; 1200 block of mound. A person found a baggie containing suspected marijuana. It was placed into evidence.

Theft; 4300 block of NW Stallings Drive. Complainant reported that 30 dogwood trees in 2 gallon pots were stolen from inside a fenced area.

Robbery; 2000 block of South Street. A black male suspect came into a store and concealed items without paying. On the way out, employees confronted the suspect, who shoved an employee to the ground, causing a minor injury.

Assault-unlawful carrying of a weapon; 2100 block of Woden Road. Officers contacted a suspect who had assaulted a female. The suspect was in possession of a handgun that had been reported stolen. Marvin Jimmerson was arrested.

Assault-deadly conduct; 1700 block of Press Road. A man punched another in the face. The victim then produced a knife and threatened the suspect. Both suspects were arrested.
