Dallas Cowboys head to Viking country in NFC showdown

IRVING, Texas (AP) - The Dallas Cowboys know it's going to be loud inside the Metrodome in Minnesota on Sunday. They also believe they can handle it.

Dallas won its last game in front of a hostile, raucous crowd in a dome - in New Orleans four games ago. They haven't lost since.

Next up for the Cowboys is a Vikings team that hasn't lost at home all season. This game will determine which team reaches the NFC championship game.

After this weekend, the field of teams trying to get to Superbowl XLIII will be narrowed to four.

In the NFC, the defending champion Arizona Cardinals travel to New Orleans to play the Saints. Dallas visits Minnesota to play Brett Favre and the Vikings.

In the AFC, The New York Jets will be in San Diego to the play the Chargers, while the Baltimore Ravens will play the Colts in Indianapolis.

Superbowl Sunday is February 7 at Dolphin Stadium.
