1/22/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Assault-deadly conduct; 1400 block of  Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.  Complainant reported that a known suspect punched her in the mouth. The suspect claimed that the complainant came at him with a knife.

 

Forgery; 1600 Block of North University Drive. Complainant reported that unknown suspects had forged checks on his account.

 

DWI; 600 block of East Starr. Suspect was stopped on a traffic violation. The driver was suspected of being intoxicated and was arrested.

 

Criminal Mischief; 2600 Block of East Starr. A vehicle had the rear glass broken out of it.

DWI; 1800 Block of North Street. A suspect was stopped on traffic and suspected of being intoxicated. He was arrested.

 

DWI; 100 Block of Lelia Street. A suspect was stopped for a traffic violation. The driver was suspected of being intoxicated and was arrested.

 

Criminal Mischief; 1600 Block of Cardinal. The rear window of a parked vehicle was broken out overnight.

 

Forgery; 3000 Block of North University Drive. A known suspect had forged checks on an account without permission.

 

Attempted Suicide; 800 Block of R1dgeview. A man who is handicapped threatened to take his own life. Officers staged in the area and resolved the threat peacefully. The man was taken for medical treatment.

 

Hit And Run; 2700 Block of Hunter Road. A white four door car struck complainant's vehicle and left the scene.
