1/25/10 Lufkin Police report

Criminal mischief; 2800 block of North Street. A vehicle had a windshield broken out with a baseball bat by an unknown suspect.

DWI with child passenger-felony possession of a controlled substance-endangering a child; 500 block of North University Drive. A vehicle was stopped for driving the wrong way on the street. The driver, Tyra Griffin, was suspected of being intoxicated. A 10 month old baby and a five year old child were unrestrained in the back seat. Officers located several bags of suspected crack cocaine in the vehicle. She was arrested.

Assault-hindering a secured creditor- criminal mischief; 3100 block of Logan circle. Complainant repossessed a vehicle. While re- securing the vehicle, the complainant was approached by the vehicle owner and blocked him in. The suspect/vehicle owner then left the scene, causing damage to his vehicle and the wrecker.

Assault; 3200 block of Pearl Street. Complainant reported that a known suspect punched her in the face during a disturbance. Warrant requested.
