1/27/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Identity theft; 2400 block of South Street. Complainant reported someone using complainant's identity for employment purposes.

                     

Identity theft; 2400 block of logan circle. Complainant reported someone unsing complainant's identity for employment purposes.

 

Sexual assault; 312 west main. Complainant reported a sexual assault that occurred several years ago. Investigation is underway.

 

Theft of a firearm; 2700 block of South Street. Complainant reported a pistol and a computer missing from a business.

 

Dwli; 300 block of west Main Street. Miranda Erica was stopped for a traffic violation. The suspect's dl was found to be suspended and she was arrested.

 

Burglary of a vehicle; 900 block of west main. An unsecured vehicle was entered and a cell phone was taken.

 

Burglary of a vehicle; 700 block of inwood. A purse and credit cards were stolen from inside an unoccupied vehicle.

 

Theft; 300 block of east main. A bicycle was stolen from the front of a business.

 

Recovered bike; 400 block of west main. A bicycle was recovered. The bike is a red next wipeout. It was impounded for safekeeping.

 

Dwi; 2000 block of north street. Heather Scott was stopped for a traffic violation. She was suspected of being intoxicated and was arrested.

 

Possession of marijuana; 1500 block of Woden Road. Officer stopped a vehicle for traffic. Officer detected the door of burning marijuana. Officer located some seeds and marijuana scattered inside the car. Further investigation revealed a baggie of suspected marijuana in the suspect's shoe. Carrie garret was arrested.

 

Possession of marijuana; 2100 block of Pearl Street. Suspect was contacted at a disturbance and was found to have an outstanding warrant. He also had a baggie of suspected marijuana on his person. Lincoln Watts was arrested.

 

Burglary of a habitation; 2300 block of Pearl Street. A sony playstation was reported stolen from inside a residence.

    A female juvenile who has been missing from Shreveport, LA since Dec.19, 2016, turned herself into the Shelby County Sheriff's Office Saturday morning.  According to Shelby County Sheriff Willis Blackwell, around 10:47 a.m. Natalyia Theresa Rogers entered the SCSO and spoke with Deputy Peter Davis. Rogers told Davis that she had been staying in Center with Samantha Nix. Rogers said that she turned herself in because she was in need of medications and was starting to harm herse...
