THE DINER'S GRILLED VEGETABLES
Ingredients:
3 T. Olive Oil
½ tsp. Chopped garlic
½ tsp. Black pepper
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 cup Zucchini 1/3 in. slant cut
1 cup Yellow squash 1/3 in. slant cut
1 cup Tomato wedges
½ cup Red onions, ¼ in. julienne slice
½ cup Green bell pepper, ¼ in. slice
Equipment:
Mixing Bowl
Rubber spatula
Measuring equipment
Whisk
Procedure:
Prepare vegetables as stated above.
Mix vegetables with all the seasonings.
Place in container, date and store in refrigerator.
