Seafood Spinach & Artichoke Dip

½ lb medium shrimp

½ lb crawfish tails

¼ lb lump crabmeat

2 lb spinach

2 cups mozzarella cheese

¼ cup onions

¼ cup chopped garlic

1 cup Heavy cream

1 oz sherry wine

1 tbs blackened seasoning

Saute the shrimp, crawfish, garlic, onions, together until the onions are translucent. Next, add the spinach, sherry, heavy cream and mozzarella cheese. Once all ingredients are fully incorporated, broil in the oven for around 5 minutes or until there is a good crust on the top of the mixture. Serve with garlic bread or tostada chips.
