2/9/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Misuse of 9-1-1; 312 west Main Street. A known suspect called 911 and became abusive to the operator. Warrant requested.

Hit and run; 1600 block of cardinal. Unknown suspect struck complainant's parked car overnight and left the scene.

Theft; 4810 North Street (wal mart). A suspect was observed concealing property without paying for the items. The suspect was arrested.

Forgery; 3200 block of Pearl Street. Complainant lost a checkbook on 2-2-10. Since that time, several forged checks have been passed on the account.

Failure to identify-possession of marijuana-resisting arrest; 4810 North Street (wal mart). The suspect was observed concealing items into a shirt. The suspect became aware of being caught and dumped the items and attempted to leave. Officers contacted the suspect and the suspect became belligerent and resisted arrest. The suspect was also found to be in possession of suspected marijuana.

Criminal mischief; 900 block of Martin Luther King. A parked vehicle had a rear window broken out by unknown suspects.

Burglary of vehicle; 2100 block of  Banita Street. A car alarm alerted a vehicle owner that a vehicle was being burglarized. The complainant saw a suspect inside a vehicle that fled the scene.
