TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Matt James founded the nonprofit corporation "Woman Helping Other Women" or "Who" five years ago.

Using her experience in baking, James developed a line of delicious, natural product cakes which are sold through food chains and the internet. Abused women are hired to make the products and along with jobs, they get a boost to their self esteem. The program has literally changed lives. A scholarship program helps women who want to continue their education
