2/17/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Criminal trespass; 600 block of Price Street. An unknown Hispanic male entered a residence and fled when the occupant awakened. No signs of forced entry.

 

Burglary of a vehicle; 3200 block of Pearl Street. Entry was forced to a vehicle and a wallet was taken from inside.

 

Hit and run; 1600 block of cardinal. Complainant reported that his rental vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle while parked and unattended.

 

Unlawful restraint-interference with 911 call; 2500 block of daybreak. A known suspect entered a residence and held the occupant against her will on a bed. When she attempted to call 911, he knocked the phone from her hand. Louis Flores was arrested.

 

DWI; 400 block of Creekview bend. Officers responded to a major accident. The driver, Yvette Quinones, was suspected of being intoxicated and was arrested.

 

Unlawful restraint; 500 block of king street. Complainant reported that an ex-boyfriend entered her residence and restrained the female complainant. He then agreed to leave. The suspect was contacted and issued a criminal trespass warning. The complainant did not wish to file charges.

 

Dwi-possession of a firearm by a felon-resisting arrest-possession of marijuana-possession of a dangerous drug; 200 block of Rusk Street. Officers were approached by a vehicle. The driver asked for directions to a motel. Officers detected the odor of alcohol and observed a knife near the driver. Officers had the driver exit and began a pat down for weapons. The suspect reached into a pocket and produced a handgun. A struggle ensued and the gun was knocked into the bed of the truck. The suspect, Travis Willbanks, was arrested. A passenger, Aaron Allen was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and a dangerous drug. He was also arrested.
