Mammaw's cheese ball

Recipe from Dusti Walters of Junction City, Ky.

Prep Time: 20 mins 
Total Time: 12 hours to set 

2 8-oz pgs cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped pecans
dash of seasoning salt

1. Combine all ingredients, mix well form into a ball.

2. Top with 1/2 cup crushed pecans. Refrigerate at least 12 hours before serving.

3. Serve with club crackers, vegetable crackers, or chicken in a basket crackers. Enjoy!

Comments: Wonderful for parties or just to snack on at home.
