2/25/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Dwli; 800 block of Leroy. Officer made a traffic stop and found the driver, Rayford Harrison, to be driving while his license was suspended. He was arrested.

 

Assault; 1000 block of Linda Lane. A couple was involved in a disturbance. One of the participants stated that the other pushed her after hanging up the phone. The parties separated for the night-no charges filed.

 

Criminal trespass; 700 block of Lane Drive. Officers located Tim Howard in a mobile home that he had been previously given a criminal trespass warning for. He was arrested.

 

DWI; 1300 block of north Mound Street. Timothy Knowlton was stopped on traffic charges and suspected of being intoxicated. He was arrested.

 

Criminal trespass; 800 block of East Starr Avenue. Complainant reported that unknown suspects broke a window on a vehicle.

 

Dwli-possession of a dangerous drug; 100 block of North Street. Lamar Daniels was stopped for traffic and found to have a suspended drivers license. He was arrested. A prescription tablet was located in the vehicle, and the suspect did not have a prescription for the medication.

 

Theft; 2700 block of South Street. Complainant reported leaving a wallet at the counter of a business and when he returned the next day, it was gone.

 

Credit card abuse; 3200 block of North University Drive. An unknown suspect used a stolen credit card to purchase merchandise and services.
