2/26/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Dwi; 200 block of South Street. Officers responded to a reckless driver call. Officers attempted to stop the vehicle, but it continued, striking several curbs and blowing out two tires. Norman McDonald was arrested.

 

Burglary of a habitation; 800 block of Jordan Street. Complainant reported a vcr taken from an unsecured apartment.

 

Burglary of a vehicle; 3300 block of old Tyler Road. A purse was taken from a vehicle that was parked.

 

Terroristic threat; 200 block of East Spradley. A known suspect threatened complainant with a flashlight.

 

Possession of marijuana; 1800 block of Pearl Street. Officers contacted a male suspect on a traffic stop. Officers detected the odor of burning marijuana in the vehicle. Officers located a small amount of suspected marijuana and a pipe. The suspect was arrested.

 

Burglary of a vehicle; 2515 Twin Oaks. Complainant reported a purse stolen from an unsecured vehicle overnight.

 

Theft; 4900 block of Stallings Drive. A known suspect left the truck stop without paying for diesel.

 

Burglary of a vehicle; 1600 block of Virginia Avenue. Complainant reported that a window was broken on a vehicle and two purses were removed.
