3/2/10 Lufkin Police report

Assault, 900 Block East Denman Avenue: At approximately 9:00 P.M. on Monday, March 1, 2010, a male complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that he was assaulted by four known suspects outside of the gymnasium at Lufkin Middle School.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspects surrounded him and yelled at him, causing him to feel threatened.  The report stated that, at the complainant's request, a report was filed regarding Assault by Threat, a class C Misdemeanor offense, and the incident was referred for further investigation.

 

Criminal Trespass, 1900 Block Sunrise Avenue: At approximately 11:50 A.M. on Monday, March 1, 2010, a known suspect reportedly violated a previously issued criminal trespass warning at a residence located in the 1900 block of Sunrise Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect spent twenty minutes on her property, knocking on and pulling at the entry door to the residence.  The report stated that the suspect fled the area prior to the complainant notifying Lufkin Police Department so a report was filed regarding Criminal Trespass, a Class B Misdemeanor offense, and the incident was referred for further investigation.

 

Assault, 900 Block East Denman Avenue: At approximately 9:20 A.M. on Monday, March 1, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that her twelve-year-old daughter was assaulted by a known suspect, a juvenile female classmate, at Lufkin Middle School.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect threatened to assault her daughter.  The report stated that the complainant reported the incident to school administrators and that, at the complainant's request, a report was filed regarding assault by threat, a class C Misdemeanor offense, and the incident was referred for further investigation.
