3/3/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Theft of a firearm; 2100 block of Pearl Street. Complainant reported a 9mm pistol stolen from his room in an apartment. The complainant had several people in the residence during the time of the theft.

Tattoos of certain persons prohibited; 312 West Main Street. Complainant reported that a possible known suspect had placed a tattoo on his juvenile daughter.

Criminal mischief; 5100 block of North Street. Complainant reported the paint on a vehicle damaged by a razor.

Harassment; 200 block of Russell Blvd. Complainant reported receiving obscene and harassing telephone calls and text messages from a known suspect.

Burglary of a habitation; 3400 block of East Main Street. Complainant reported a Nintendo game and Playstation taken from an apartment.

Theft; 1100 block of North University Drive. Complainant reported that a known suspect entered a store and removed items without paying for them. Warrant requested.
