LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) – Before we go, a Nacogdoches photographer spent the last four summers in Alaska and she brought it back to East Texas.

"Latitude 59" features a number of photographs taken by Kay Humphreys.

The art is now on display at the Angelina College Center for the Arts.

She has spent several years working in Alaska, documenting the lives and habitat of wildlife there.

The photographs will be on display until March 31.
