Sauce Ingredients:

¼ Cup Yellow onions
¼ lb Unsalted Butter
¼ Cup Flour
1 Cup  Shrimp Stock
1 Cup  Heavy Cream
¼ Tsp  Cayenne Pepper
½ Cup White Wine 

Saute onions and garlic in the butter until the onions appear translucent. Add the shrimp stock and heavy cream and cook over medium heat until sauce reduces by ½. Add Cayenne pepper and the flour to thicken the sauce. Once Sauce is ready add pasta, Capers, red peppers, and artichoke hearts. Then top with your favorite seafood.
