3/8/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Resisting arrest-public intoxication; 1700 block of east main. Officers responded to a call of an intoxicated person inside the store. Officers arrived and the suspect was hiding behind a cooler and refused to come out. The suspect was arrested.

 

Theft; 100 block of Beall Street. A man left his iPhone on the counter of a store. The phone was stolen.

 

Assault; 300 block of Ellington Street. Complainant reported that a known female suspect hit the complainant several times in the face.

 

Theft; 1200 block of South Street. Suspect was stopped for public intoxication. It was revealed that the suspect had also stolen some alcoholic beverages from a business and had them on his person. He was arrested.

 

Assault; 2800 block of North Street. A known suspect approached the complainant and struck complainant in the face and arms. Warrant requested.

 

Hit and run; 4810 North Street. Complainant reported that on march 3, he exited his vehicle in a parking lot and was struck from behind by an unknown vehicle that left the scene.

 

Criminal mischief; 3000 block of EJ Campbell. Complainant reported that a beer bottle had been thrown through a kitchen window.

 

Burglary of a vehicle; 700 block of Bostwick. Unknown persons entered an unlocked vehicle and took a Micky Mouse watch, some cash and cologne.

 

Burglary of a habitation; 600 block of Tejas. Unknown persons entered a residence and took a browning over and under shotgun.
