3/14 Nacogdoches Police report

Officers responded to 69 calls with 12 arrests and 0 accidents reported. 

1700 Douglass (Graffiti) The complainant advised that persons unknown, spray-painted the fence at his business with the number 13 and other symbols.

1900 NE Stallings (Assault) A 10 year old child called 911 to report that he got in a fight with his 14 year old brother and lost. Officers contacted the mother who advised she would handle the discipline of both.

200 West Seal St (Assault) Victim advised that two black males ran up behind him and one of them kicked him in the head knocking his hat off. They then asked for money and made him pull his pockets inside out. When they learned he had no money they walked away.

2600 North St (Assault) Boyfriend advised that his girlfriend grabbed him by the arm and attempted to keep him from leaving.

3300 Old Tyler Rd (Criminal Trespass) Victim advised that an unknown black male broke the back window out of his vehicle then ran to a blue car and left the area.

3400 E. Main St (Assault) Victim advised that suspect grabbed her jacket and hair in an attempt to keep her from leaving.  Suspect was arrested.

4800 NE Stallings (POM) Suspect was contacted as a passenger in vehicle. He was found to be in possession of an open container of alcohol.  Citation was given and he refused to sign. Officer search vehicle and located a small bag of marijuana next to his seat. He was arrested.

3100 North University Dr (DWI) Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be intoxicated. He was arrested.

100 N. Sanders St (Fail to I/D) Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation. Suspect lied about her name because she had local warrants. She was arrested.

100 Rusk (DWI) Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and found to be intoxicated.  He was arrested.
