3/24/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Stabbing; 2900 block of summerhill. Officers were called to the above location in reference to a stab victim. A 32 year old male Nacogdoches resident was found with multiple stab wounds. Preliminary investigation relieved that the victim became involved in a disturbance with an acquaintance that turned physical. While the physical confrontation was ongoing, a knife came into play and the male victim was stabbed. He was transported to a local hospital where he was admitted. No arrests have been made at this time, and the case is still under investigation.

 

Assault; 100 block of oakhill plaza. A known suspect reportedly twisted the arm of the victim during a disturbance. Warrant requested.

 

Interference with 911 call; 2500 block of ammons street. Officers responded to a domestic violence call. The suspect was on scene and had interfered with a 911 call. He was arrested.

 

Credit card abuse; 3500 block of appleby sand. Complainant reported that an unknown suspect had used a credit card without permission.

 

Criminal trespass; 1500 block of chandler street. A residence was entered by unknown persons. Nothing was taken.

 

Theft; 2700 block of park street. Unknonwn persons removed some items from a gym bag.

 

Burglary of a vehicle; 200 block of mackechney. A wallet containing credit cards and other identifying information was removed from a vehicle.

 

Terroristic threat; 200 block of wedgewood. The suspect was involved in a disturbance and displayed a pistol. The suspect was observed by officers leaving the scene. He was arrested.

 

Credit card abuse; 1100 block of tanglewood. Complainant reported the unauthorized use of a credit card to obtain a cash advance.
