3/25/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Terroristic threat; 700 block of lane drive. Two suspects were involved in a disturbance and threatened each other with knives and sticks.


Assault; 100 block of stone street. A dispute between an adult son and a mother resulted in them allegedly assaulting each other. No physical injury, no charges filed.


Forgery; 1700 block of north street. A person passed a counterfeit $20.00 bill to pay for food. The bill was seized.


Dwi; 2400 block of north street. The suspect was stopped on traffic charges. And open bottle of vodka was located in the vehicle and the suspect was suspected of being intoxicated. He was arrested.


Dwli; 2200 block of pearl street. A vehicle was disabled in the street. The driver was contacted and found to have a suspended driver license with two prior convictions. The suspect was arrested.


Attempted robbery; 1400 block of timberlake. The complainant reported being approached from behind by a suspect who placed something against the victim's back. The suspect attempted to remove items from the victim's pockets but was unsuccessful. The suspect fled. This occurred Saturday afternoon.
