Grant's Italian BLT:
Italian Bread sliced at an angle
Spinach
Roma tomatoes
Mozzarella Cheese
Prosciutto
Olive oil
Italian seasoning
Garlic salt
Mayonnaise
Take your slice bread and spread olive oil over it. Back in a 350 degree over for about 15 minutes flipping half way through to make both sides crispy. In a skillet place about a half cup of olive oil and fry your Prosciutto until crisp. Sprinkle season and garlic on your tomato and place in the hot olive oil for 5 seconds on each side. Spread mayonnaise on two slices of bread. Then place your spinach leaves, tomato, and prosciutto and cover with sliced mozzarella cheese. Place the sandwich back in the oven for about 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
