LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - An Angelina County Grand Jury has indicted a Diboll man for his alleged role in a prank call incident at a Lufkin McDonald's.

Once the employee was outside, Markle allegedly told the employee to break the windows to relieve the building of toxic fumes.

The grand jury also indicted Ronald Mack Fuentes Jr., Justin Ryan Thompson, William Grant Toburen and Bryan Wayne Rice, all 21 and from Lufkin, on a charge of aggravated robbery. The quartet are accused in a pair of botched robberies in February. According to a previous report, the four tried to rob a man at Deer Cross Apartments and a convenience store.
