3/30/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Burglary of a vehicle; 3800 block of North Street. Unknown persons entered a vehicle with force and took items from a purse left on the front seat.

 

Theft; 3900 block of nw Stallings Drive. A 9mm browning pistol was reported stolen from the glovebox of a vehicle.

 

Deadly conduct; 5100 block of North Street. A known suspect threatened another with a handgun.

 

Harassment; 3400 block of Picadilly circle. Complainant continues to receive calls from a company after they were told not to call again.

 

Burglary of a vehicle; 2600 block of daybreak. A wallet and contents were removed from a vehicle.

 

Terroristic threat; 1600 block of cardinal. A known suspect sent the complainant threatening text message.

 

Found property; 4100 block of old Tyler Road. A black backpack was found in the roadway.

 

Burglary of a vehicle; 2600 block of Park Street. Complainant observed a white male suspect enter his vehicle and remove some change.

 

Assault; 200 block of east spradley. A suspect was destroying items in the house. The victim attempted to save the playstation and was hit by a tire iron that the suspect was using. No serious injury- suspect arrested.

 

Criminal mischief; 2800 block of Pearl Street. The back window of a vehicle was struck by a rock and broken.

 

Possession of a controlled substance-resisting transportation; 2400 block of ne Stallings Drive. Officers contacted the suspect who fit the description of a bmv suspect. He was found to be in possession of a crack pipe. The suspect was arrested and enroute to the jail the suspect began kicking and going out of control. Officers had to stop several times to control him.
