4/2/10 Nacogdoches Police report

400 Otis St. (Assault, POM) Common-law wife and husband were in a verbal argument over their child.  It was reported he assaulted her.  A friend broke up the fight between them.  She had a warrant for her arrest.  Officer also observed a small bag of marijuana in the living room.

 

2700 Applebysand Rd. (Criminal Trespass)  Complainant advised that his alarm for his work shop went off and he observed the light to come on and then go off. Officers could not locate anyone. Nothing appeared to be missing.

 

2800 Logans Circle (Assault)  Husband and wife pushed each other during an argument. No charges filed.

 

1200 W. Main St. (DOCS F-1, Evading SJF and Failed to I/D Fugitive)  Joseph Davis was stopped on traffic. He then gave a false name. When officer attempted to frisk for weapons Davis fled on foot. Officers caught him after a short pursuit. Officers then located crack cocaine on his person. Dispatch advised that he had two criminal non- support warrants and an assault warrant. Davis was arrested.

 

1300 Douglas Rd. (Assault)  Two subjects got in a verbal argument that turned physical when he pushed her in the face. No charges filed.

 

1602 Cardinal St. (POM, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia)  Officers responded to a noise complaint and observed an electric bong in plain view. Officers recovered several marijuana pipes and a baggie of marijuana. Jeffery Jordan was arrested.

 

800 South St. (Assault) The complainant, Laquianta Randolph, advised that the father of her child slapped her twice in the mouth as they were driving down the road.

 

4700 South St. (Forgery) The complainant advised that known subject cashed a forged check at a convenience store.

 

4700 South St. (Forgery) The complainant advised that a known subject cashed a forged check that had been stolen in a burglary in Mt. Enterprise, at a convenience store.

 

4700 South St. (Forgery) The complainant advised that a known subject cashed a forged check that was fictitious, at a convenience store.

 

1100 N. University Dr. (Theft) An employee at a clothing store reported 2 B/Fs stole baby clothes, and other clothing; then left in a gold Dodge car, south on University Dr. 

 

100 N. Lanana St. (BOH) Sometime last night, someone broke out a window and entered the residence.  They took two cell phones, a blackberry Bold, and a black Smart phone.

 

300 Blount St. (Evading) Officers stopped a vehicle and were preparing to tow it because the driver did not have insurance.  The occupants had been released and walked away.  While inventorying the vehicle, officer found two hand guns inside. Officer attempted to re-contact them and they all ran towards SFA campus.  With the help of the University Police, all three were caught and arrested.
