Roseland Plantation, located just outside Tyler on State Highway 64, is a historic jewel of the Pre-Civil War Era. Ironically, the only modern building on the grounds contains perhaps the greatest treasure of all. In the modern climate-controlled building is a breathtaking replica of Leonardo Da Vinci's "Last Supper". The "to scale" painting was purchased by Roseland's former owner, the late Gertrude Windsor. Mrs. Widsor, who had so admired the original painting in Italy, brought the artists of the replica to Roseland for its installatiion.

Tours of Roseland Plantation and "The Last Supper" can be arranged for groups of four or more by calling the present owners, Tim and Carolyn West at 903-849-0205.
