4/11 Nacogdoches Police report

3400 Piccadily Cir. (BMV) – Unknown person(s) entered a silver jeep and removed a black IPOD and adapter and assorted clothing.

700 N. Fredonia – (Evading arrest or detention) Officers observed a vehicle run a stop sign. The driver pulled into his driveway and tried to entered his after refusing officers order to stop.  The driver was taken into custody after a brief struggle.

1300 Cleaver (Interference w/emergency phone call) During a disturbance the victim tried twice to call 911 for help The suspect destroyed one phone and then unplugged another while the victim was calling for help.  The suspect fled before police arrived.

1700 Dolph (Assault)  A man and woman were involved in a physical disturbance when the female struck the male in the face with a beer can.  The female was arrested for assault and the male was arrested for several outstanding warrants.

400 W. Main (Assault) It was reported that a male choked his girlfriend at a local nightclub. The male was contacted on Cardinal St. and found to be in possession of a sawed off shotgun.  He was taken into custody.

800 E. Main ( Evading arrest w/ vehicle and DWI) Officers observed a vehicle swerving in the roadway,  Contact was eventually made and the driver appeared to be intoxicated.  Subject was arrested
