4/12/10 Lufkin Police Report

Burglary/Habitation 1000 Block Cain Street At approximately 8:45 P.M. on Sunday, April 11, 2010, an unidentified actor(s) burglarized a residence located in the 1000 block of Cain Street.  According to the report, stereo speakers were removed from the residence and a witness stated that he observed a known subject at the residence just prior to the complainant discovering the burglary.  The report stated that Lufkin Police Department officers were unable to locate the witness-identified subject and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief 800 Block Shady Pine Street At approximately 6:30 P.M. on Sunday, April 11, 2010, a known suspect damaged property at a residence located in the 800 block of Shady Pine Street.  According to the report, the suspect broke a PVC water pipe at the residence but had fled the area prior to the complainant notifying Lufkin Police Department.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Harassment 2300 Block North Raguet Street At approximately 6:30 P.M. on Sunday, April 11, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that a known suspect was harassing her by telephone.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect had harassed her in the past and that the harassing telephone calls had begun again, and that during the telephone calls the suspect was verbally abusive and threatening toward the complainant.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief 300 Block Jack Street At approximately 3:30 P.M. on Sunday, April 11, 2010, a known suspect damaged a vehicle parked at a residence located in the 300 block of Jack Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect used his fist to strike and break her vehicle's windshield.  .  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft 200 Block Percy Simond Street At approximately 8:00 A.M. on Sunday, April 11, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that a temporary license plate had been stolen from her vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the 200 block of Percy Simond Street.  According to the report, the complainant provided Lufkin Police Department the name of a possible suspect and the incident was referred for further investigation.
