4/15/10 Lufkin Police report

Criminal Trespass -1200 Block Lufkin: Complainant reported that a known suspect was seen on property where he had been previously warned of trespassing.  The suspect was located in the area and a warrant has been requested for his arrest.   

Criminal Mischief - 100 Block E Lufkin AV: Complainant reported that his outside car mirrors were broken off back by unknown persons in November. 

Theft - 400 Block Brentwood: Complainant reported that a man stole two portable DVD players from a store Wednesday afternoon.  The theft was caught on video tape.

Forgery/Counterfeiti - 700 Block N Raguet: A business reported that an unknown person has made up bogus checks using their company name and has passed at least three of the checks in Lufkin and Nacogdoches.

Fraud - 200 Block S First: Complainant reported that someone made several unauthorized electronic withdrawals from her bank account using her debit card number.

Harassment - 100 Block Parkview: Complainant reported receiving several harassing phone calls and text messages from three different unknown suspects Wednesday.

Credit Card Abuse - 4500 Block S Medford: Complainant reported that an unknown person made an unauthorized purchase at a Lufkin store using his credit card number.

Assault/Sexual of ch - 300 Block E Shepherd: Complainant reported that her pre-teen daughter was sexually assaulted by a known adult male suspect a few weeks ago.

Credit Card Abuse - 4500 Block Ellen Trout: Complainant reported that two unauthorized withdrawals were made on her bank account, possibly by someone to whom she had entrusted her debit card.

Injury to child - 600 Block Willow Oak: A four year old child was found to have burn marks on her body.  An investigation was begun to determine if the burns were accidental as reported by the mother.
