CHIRENO, TX (KTRE)- Exactly one week away, is the big KTRE River Rivalry match-up.
KTRE visited the other side of the river, and spoke with the Nacogdoches County girls about their excitement.
"It should be more competition so I'm really excited about it because we get to see what everybody else has to showcase," said Chelsea Leeder for Nacogdoches High.
"We're going to show that Nacogdoches County has a lot of talent and that we can do pretty good," said Shana Thompson, playing for Douglas High.
"I like to win, so does everybody else. So we'll just do the best we can," said Chireno High's Lisa Anthony.
