4/20/10 Lufkin Police report

Theft/Felony - 400 Block Martin Luther King Boulevard: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between the hours of 10:30 A.M. on Monday, April 19, 2010 and 1:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 20, 2010, an unidentified actor(s) removed a vehicle that had been parked in her yard of her residence located in the 400 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the vehicle, a white-in-color 1993 Ford Festival, was not operational and that the actor(s) must have towed the vehicle away from the residence.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Fraud - 300 Block West Frank Avenue: At approximately 9:00 P.M. on Monday, April 19, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that in a garbage can located in the 300 block of West Frank Avenue a friend found the complainant's government-issued check.  According to the report, the check had been torn into pieces and the complainant stated that she did not know how the check came to be in the garbage can.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Habitation - 2300 Block Moffett Road: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between the hours of 1:30 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. on Monday, April 19, 2010, an unidentified actor(s) burglarized her residence located in the 2300 block of Moffett Road.  According to the report, the actor(s) forced entry into the residence by damaging a door and lock and removed from the residence a television and video gaming system.  The report stated that a witness provided Lufkin Police Department Officers a description of a possible suspect and possible suspect vehicle and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/ Habitation - 300 Block Fairfield Street: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between the hours of 1:00 P.M. and 3:00 P.M. on Monday, April 19, 2010, an unidentified actor(s) burglarized her residence located in the 300 block of Fairfield Street.  According to the report, the actor(s) entered into the residence through an open window and removed from the residence a television and video gaming system.  The report stated that the complainant provided Lufkin Police Department Officers information concerning a possible suspect and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault - 1000 Block Glenn Avenue: At approximately 4:00 P.M. on Monday, April 19, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that a known female suspect assaulted her in the roadway in the 1000 block of Glenn Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant displayed to the Officers a bite mark on her neck that she stated the suspect caused during an altercation.  The report stated that the suspect fled the area prior to the complainant notifying Lufkin Police Department and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault - 500 Block Martin Luther King Boulevard: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 2:20 P.M. on Monday, April 19, 2010, her boyfriend assaulted her in the driveway of a residence located in the 500 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard.  According to the report, the complainant did not display visible injuries but stated that she suffered pain from the suspect pushing her into a vehicle and pulling her hair.  The report stated that the complainant was no longer at the residence or with the suspect when she contacted Lufkin Police Department and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Vehicle - 700 Block Saint Lo Street: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between the hours of 12:00 A.M. and 8:45 A.M. on Monday, April 19, 2010, an unidentified actor(s) burglarized her vehicle which had been parked in the driveway of her residence located in the 700 block of Saint Lo Street.  According to the report, the actor(s) entered into the unlocked vehicle and removed from it the complainant's wallet, and in the roadway near the complainant's residence a neighbor located the complainant's wallet, social security card, and other documents belonging to the complainant but the complainant's cash, debit card, and US Passport were not located.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.
