4/28/10 Nacogdoches Police report

BEAUMONT, TX (News Release) -

Criminal trespass - 3200 block of North Street: A suspect entered onto the premises of a business after being given a criminal trespass warning. The suspect was arrested.

Burglary of a habitation - 2400 block of Woden Road: A residence was forcibly entered and a television was taken.

Theft - 4400 block of North Street: An unknown suspect removed several cartons of cigarettes from a store and left without paying.

Theft - 900 block of Martin Luther King: Complainant reported that unknown suspects had removed a cell phone from a purse.

Theft - 1100 block of meisenhiemer: A window air unit was removed from a residence.

Possession of a controlled substance - 2400 block of South Street: A suspect was detained on a traffic stop. Officers located suspected methamphetamine in the vehicle.

Injury to a child - 1000 block of Douglass Road: Complainant called in on an unsupervised child in an apartment complex. The child was contacted and found to have scratches on the arms and back. The mother of the child was located and found to be intoxicated, she was arrested for injury to a child and cps was notified.
