5/6/10 Lufkin Police report

Assault - 1800 Block Wood Avenue: At approximately 6:20 A.M. on Thursday, May 6, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that twenty minutes earlier a known male suspect assaulted her at a residence located in the 1800 block of Wood Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant stated that she left the residence after her boyfriend slapped her face during an argument.  The report stated that the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer did not observe visible injury to the complainant, that the complainant and suspect were at separate locations at the time the report was filed, and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Vehicle - 1700 Block West Frank Avenue:  A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between the hours of 6:00 P.M. and 8:40 P.M. on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, an unidentified actor(s) burglarized or attempted to burglarize his vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the 1700 block of West Frank Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) forcibly removed a door handle from his vehicle but he did not know if entry into the vehicle was made or if the actor(s) removed any property from within the vehicle.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Burglary/Building - 600 Block Windsor Street:  At approximately 7:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 5, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that an unidentified actor(s) burglarized a concession stand at Morris Frank Park.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) forced entry into the building by damaging an entry door and that drinks and food were removed from within the building.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft - 100 Block South Chestnut Drive:  On Wednesday, May 5, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that a known female suspect stole his identification card from the pocket of his pants.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft - 1500 Block Robinhood Lane: On Wednesday, May 5, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that an unidentified suspect stole wheelbarrow from outside of a residence located in the 1500 block of Robinhood Lane.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft - 700 Block Moore Avenue:  On Wednesday, May 5, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that the father of her child stole $20 from her kitchen table while visiting her residence, located in the 700 block of Moore Avenue.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.
