Posted: Updated:

Ingredients:
2 racks of pork ribs
1 container of Dickey's Rib Rub
1 bottle of Dickey's Barbecue Sauce
Hickory wood chips (optional)

Directions:
Rub Dickey's Rib Rub on top and bottom of both racks until covered. Dry marinade for 24 hours.

In Oven: Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Place ribs on metal baking sheet. Cover baking sheet in tin foil. Poke holes in foil before putting in the oven. Roast for 3-4 hours until meat is ready to fall off the bone. When ribs are almost done, pull them out of the oven and baste in Dickey's Barbecue Sauce. Roast for 30 more minutes.

On Grill: Preheat grill to 275 degrees using hickory chips. Use indirect heat to smoke the ribs and cook with the cover down for 3-4 hours until meat is ready to fall off the bone. Baste ribs in Dickey's Barbecue Sauce 30 minutes before pulling off the grill.
