5/14/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Burglary of a building; 2400 block of ne stallings drive (rudy's).  Entry was forced to the building and removed a safe. A vending machine was also entered.

 

Theft; 3000 block of westward drive. Complainant reported prescription medication missing from a locked cabinet.

 

Burglary of a habitation; 400 block of otis street. A push mower, a power drill and a razor  was reported missing from a residence.

 

Burglary of a vehicle; 1600 block of cardinal street. A vehicle was entered and a wallet and southland conference championship ring was stolen.

 

Theft; 4800 block of north street. Complainant reported the theft of a bag containing several DVDs.

 

Possession of marijuana-driving under the influence; 700 block of north fredonia. Officer stopped a vehicle for traffic. The driver, a minor, was cited for driving under the influence. A quantity of suspected marijuana was also located. The suspect was arrested.

 

Possession of marijuana; 1500 block of west Austin Street. Vehicle was stopped by officers and they detected the odor of burning marijuana. A quantity of suspected marijuana was located in the vehicle and the driver was arrested.

 

Theft; 1500 block of chandler street. Prescription medication was reported stolen from a residence.

 

Dwli; 1000 block of North Street. A vehicle was stopped on traffic and the driver had a suspended drivers license and no insurance. The driver was arrested.

 

Burglary of a vehicle; 1500 block of north street. A laptop computer was stolen from a vehicle that was entered without owner permission.

 

Failure to id; 4700 block of north university. Officer contacted a suspect during an investigation. He gave a false date of birth and was arrested.

 

Assault-criminal mischief; 2800 block of pearl street. Two individuals were involved in a disturbance and began damaging each other's vehicles. One jumped on a car and dented the hood, and the other suspect threw a brick and dented the other suspect's car.

 

Burglary of a building; 4600 block of northwest Stallings (east texas stone). The building was forcibly entered and a small amount of petty cash taken.

 

Possession of marijuana (felony); 7500 block of nw stallings drive. Officer stopped a vehicle for speeding. Officers located approximately ten pounds of marijuana in the vehicle. Quiana Jackson of Indiana was arrested.

 

Possession of marijuana-possession of a dangerous drug; 4500 block of north university drive. Officers responded to a drug complaint. Officers noticed marijuana pipes on a table inside the apartment and some suspected hydrocodone. The occupant was arrested.

 

Criminal mischief; 4800 block of north street. An unknown suspect keyed the complainant's vehicle while it was parked in the parking lot.
