P10-08535 529 N RITCHIE ST, CRIMINAL MISCHIEF.CONTACT WAS MADE WITH COMPLAINANT ON CONSTRUCTION SITE WHO STATED THAT UNKNOWN SUSPECT(S) BROKE OUT A WINDOW IN THE FRONT OF RESIDENCE UNDER CONSTRUCTION

P10-08543 2000 NORTH ST, HIT AND RUN. AN UNKNOWN ACTOR DRIVING A BLACK CHEVROLET TRUCK STRUCK THE COMPLAINANTS CAR WHILE THEY WERE DRIVING ON NORTH ST. THE SUSPECT THEN FLED THE SCENE WITHOUT PROVIDING ANY INFORMATION. CHARGES FILED PENDING INVESTIGATION.

 P10-08534 529 RITCHIES ST. OFFICER MADE CONTACT WITH THE COMPLAINANT WHO STATED THAT UNKNOWN SUSPECT(S) MADE UNFORCED ENTRY INTO A RESIDENCE UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND TOOK POWER TOOLS AND HAND TOOLS WITHOUT PERMISSION.

 P10-08541 4810 NORTH ST, THEFT.  MAXIE, SHANIQUE  WAS OBSERVED CONCEALING ITEMS AT WAL-MART BY SECURITY AND THEN LEAVING THE BUSINESS WITHOUT PAYING FOR THE ITEMS. SHE WAS ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH FELONY THEFT.

P10-08548 304 KING ST, AGG ASSAULT/ DWI/POCS. OFFICERS RESPONDED TO A DISTURBANCE WITH WEAPONS MAKING ARRESTS ON TWO SUBJECTS FOR DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, AND AGGRAVATED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON. SUSPECT HONEA JEFF BECAME UPSET (ROAD RAGE) ABOUT ANOTHERS DRIVING, HE FOLLOWED THEM AND CONFRONTED HIM STRIKING HIM WITH A BAT HE WAS ARRESTED AGG ASSAULT. THE DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE WAS FOUND INTOXICATED SMITH, JAMIE WAS ARRESTED FOR DWI, SHE WAS ALSO FOUND IN POSS OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE.

P10~08582 ~ 1500 NORTH ST ~ DWLI ~ OFFICERS DETAINED A VEHICLE FOR A TRAFFIC VIOLATION.  THE OPERATOR, TIMOTHY JAMES SWIFT, WAS FOUND TO HAVE A SUSPENDED DRIVERS LICENSE.  SWIFT ALSO DID NOT HAVE VALID INSURANCE ON THE VEHICLE, HE WAS ARRESTED.

P10~08571 ~ 1700 ELIZA ST ~ POCS/TAMP W PHYSICAL EVIDENCE / WARRANT ~ OFFICERS CONTACTED THREE SUBJECTS FOR CONSUMING ALCOHOL ON A PUBLIC ROADWAY.  OFFICERS OBSERVED ONE OF THE SUBJECTS ATTEMPTING TO DESTROY EVIDENCE (CRACK COCAINE).  AFTER A BRIEF STRUGGLE, OFFICERS WERE ABLE TO TAKE TEON MITCHELL INTO CUSTODY. 

P10~08581 ~ 1507 NORTH ST ~ POM ~ OFFICERS CONTACTED SUBJECT IN REFERENCE TO A SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE.  OFFICERS DETECTED AN ODOR OF BURNT MARIJUANA COMING FROM THE VEHICLE.  SUSPECT STATED THAT HE HAD A SMALL AMOUNT OF MARIJUANA IN THE VEHICLE.  THE CONTRABAND WAS LOCATED AND THE SUSPECT, TAYLOR HARRIS, WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY.
