Robbery/Aggravated - 3200 Block Daniel McCall Drive: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 5:45 A.M. on Monday, May 17, 2010, two unidentified actors entered his residence, located in the block of 3200 block of Daniel McCall Drive, used handguns to threaten him and another subject, and stole property belonging to the complainant's roommates.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actors entered the apartment through a door left unlocked by the other threatened subject and that the other threatened subject left the residence prior to the complainant contacting Lufkin Police Department.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief - 3500 Block Ellen Trout Drive: At approximately 3:30 A.M. on Monday, May 17, 2010, Lufkin Police Department Officers responded to an active alarm at a business located in the 3500 block of Ellen Trout Drive and found the an unidentified actor(s) had cut a section of the business' chain link fence.  According to the report, an employee of the business stated that the damage to the fence was new but, at the time of the report, he was no able to identify any property as missing from the business.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Criminal Mischief - 700 Block Humason Street: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 3:00 A.M. on Monday, May 17, 2010, a known suspect damaged his vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the block of 700 block of Humason Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect used a knife to puncture a tire on the complaint's vehicle but the suspect stated to Lufkin Police Department Officers that the complainant damages the tire by driving over a curb.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.
