4/17/10 Nacogdoches Police report

Theft - 900 block of Logan Circle. Complainant reported that three purses were removed from a residence without permission.

Robbery - 1500 block of North Street. Complainant was walking to his vehicle when he was approached by three white male suspects assaulted him and took his laptop computer and wallet.

Assault - 200 block of Linwood. During a disturbance, a suspect approached the complainant and threatened the complainant in the presence of officers. The suspect was arrested.

Sexual assault - 312 West Main. Complainant came to the police station to report that a 13 year old female had been sexually assaulted by a known suspect. Investigation underway.

Harassment - 2000 block of Pruitt Hill. Complainant reported that a known suspect continues to call on the telephone after being told not to.

DWI - 2600 block of North Street. Officers responded to a report of a drunk driver. Officers located and stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver. The driver was suspected of being intoxicated and was arrested.

DWI - 2800 block of Pearl. Officer stopped a vehicle for traffic. The driver was found to have a suspended drivers license and no insurance. The driver was arrested.

Terroristic threat - 3000 block of EJ Campbell. Complainant reported that a known suspect threatened to kill him.

Criminal mischief - 2100 block of Benita Street. Complainant's vehicle received deep scratches to the finish while parked at a party.

Hit and run - 700 block of South Street. The driver of a suspect vehicle struck another, causing the complainant's vehicle to strike a curb. The suspect vehicle left the scene.
