5/24/10 Lufkin Police report

Assault - 800 Block Lazy Oaks Street: At approximately 10:15 P.M. on Sunday, May 23, 2010, a female complainant appeared at Lufkin Police Department and reported that earlier that date her fiancé assaulted her at a residence located in the 800 block of Lazy Oaks Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that during a verbal altercation the suspect grabbed the complainant's face causing two scratches to the complainant's face.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Deadly Conduct - 400 Block Locke Street: At approximately 9:30 P.M. on Sunday, May 23, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department Officers that unidentified suspects had pointed a firearm at the complainant outside of a residence located in the 400 block of Locke Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspects stopped a dark blue SUV in front of the residence and pointed a firearm out of the vehicle's window.  The report stated that the responding Lufkin Police Department Officers were unable to locate the suspect vehicle and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Disturbance/Domestic - 300 Block Setliff Street: On Sunday, May 23, 2020, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that a known suspect threatened the complainant outside of a residence located in the 300 block of West Frank Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her estranged husband stated to her that something bad will happen to her.  The report stated that suspect had fled the area prior to the complainant contacting Lufkin Police Department and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Theft - 800 Block North Timberland Drive: A complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that at approximately 3:40 P.M. on Sunday, May 23, 2010, two unidentified suspects stole merchandise from a business located in the 800 block of North Timberland Drive.  According to the report, the suspects each removed a thirty-count package of beer from the store without making payment.  The report stated that the complainant described the suspects and the suspect vehicle but the responding Lufkin Police Department Officers were not able to locate the suspects, and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

Assault - 900 Block Allendale Drive: At approximately 1:15 P.M. on Sunday, May 23, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that his ex-girlfriend assaulted him at a residence located in the 900 block of Allendale Drive.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect assaulted him by pulling and stretching his shirt.  The report stated that the complainant was referred to the Lufkin City Attorney's office to file a complainant concerning the reported Class C Misdemeanor Assault.

Assault - 600 Block Windsor Street: At approximately 12:15 P.M. on Sunday, May 23, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that he was assaulted by a known suspect in the 600 block of Windsor Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect punched him during a verbal altercation over a soccer game, but the complainant did not display or complain of any injuries.  The report stated that the complainant was referred to the Lufkin City Attorney's office to file a complainant concerning the reported Class C Misdemeanor Assault.

Assault - 600 Block Kiln Avenue: At approximately 11:15 A.M. on Sunday, May 23, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that earlier that date a known suspect assaulted him in the roadway in the 600 block of Kiln Avenue.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect struck him, causing him to fall to the ground and lose consciousness.  The report stated that the complainant refused to provide the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer with any identifying information for the suspect and that the incident was referred for further investigation.
